Outside vol. I is a pocket sized, handmade book filled with art. In music, there’s a concept I’ve always loved, which is when you're playing outside the chord structure using notes, forms and patterns uncommon to the changes, to express your thoughts. This book’s title is derived from that term. The contents of this small book are meditations and inventions on known structures.
